• Tier 2 — Lead Capture & Automation: Website build plus CRM setup, SMS/email automation, and lead management systems
• Tier 3 — Paid Traffic & Growth: Full digital marketing including paid advertising management

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Setup fees are due prior to project commencement. Monthly retainer fees are billed on the first of each month. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly service plans (Tier 2 and Tier 3) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. One-time project fees (Tier 1) are non-refundable once work has commenced. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final website and creative deliverables produced for them. Strive Marketing Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. All proprietary systems, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Strive Marketing Agency.

8. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes including revenue increases, lead volumes, or search rankings. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and client responsiveness.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strive Marketing Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.

10. No Affiliate or Lead Buying

Strive Marketing Agency does not engage in affiliate marketing programs, the buying of leads, or the selling of leads. All client relationships are direct and established through legitimate marketing and sales activities.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to transmit any harmful or malicious content. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
